We’ve designed Flourish: Knowing When We Need Help with clinical psychologist, Nadia Torres-Eaton, PsyD, to help parents be able to:

  • Identify the signs of common mental health problems parents face
  • Understand conventional and holistic treatments for parents' common mental health problems
  • Reduce the risk for these common mental health problems
  • Meet new people. All parents in this course are as motivated as you are to explore common mental health problems and care for ourselves as parents. And we need each other especially as we swim against the stream of our larger social environment that can lead us to feel overwhelmed, drained, and alone.
